We source our products from International suppliers who estimate a shipping time of 10-30 business days depending on your location. We also have a 60 days Shipping Policy.

How do I return an item?

Please send our support team an email to return a product. All returns must be unopened and in the original packaging. No exceptions will be made.

How do I receive a refund?

All sales are finals and are not subject to refunds. This is because we immediately donate to the savethesnakes.org charity.

You will be eligible for refund only if:-

1. You did not receive your product within 60 days of placing the order.

2. You received a different product from what you ordered.
